CRM & Lifecycle Manager
Location: London (3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £65,000
A fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join their growth team. This is a hands-on role, focused on email and SMS marketing, driving repeat purchases, and supporting key trading moments. You’ll work closely with the growth, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns, optimise automated flows, and ensure lifecycle marketing drives measurable impact.
Key responsibilities: Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of all email and SMS campaigns
Build and refine lifecycle journeys and automated flows to increase repeat purchase and engagement
Identify key customer segments and deliver targeted campaigns
Run testing and reporting to track performance and inform future campaigns
Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, and audience capture Requirements: 4+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within e-commerce or D2C
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Ometria, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to campaign deadlines
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and act on campaign performance
Collaborative approach to working with growth, creative, and merchandising teams This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM professional looking to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing at a fast-growing, ambitious e-commerce business.
