Head of Customer Supply Chain

As a Head Of Customer Supply Chain you will lead customer supply chain activity within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector, keeping products moving smoothly from plan through to delivery. You will coordinate supply chain priorities across the business, helping teams meet customer needs and maintain reliable service. Client Details The organisation operates in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Description Lead customer supply chain activity to maintain a clear, reliable flow of products to customers.Set supply chain priorities in line with customer requirements and business plans.Coordinate demand, supply and delivery plans to support consistent product availability.Work with procurement and supply chain colleagues to resolve issues that could affect customer service.Review customer supply performance and use findings to improve planning and delivery outcomes.Manage supply chain risks and escalations, ensuring timely action is taken where service may be affected.Build clear working relationships with internal teams involved in customer supply and fulfilment.Provide direction on customer supply chain priorities during the fixed–term contract.Profile A successful Head Of Customer Supply Chain should have: Experience leading customer supply chain activity and managing customer service priorities.Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and delivery coordination.Experience reviewing supply chain performance and identifying practical improvements.Ability to manage supply issues, resolve escalations and protect customer service.Experience working across procurement and supply chain functions.Clear judgement when balancing customer requirements with supply chain priorities.Job Offer Salary of 80,000 to 90,000 dependent on the level of experience.BonusHybrid WorkingIf you're interested in this role, apply now.
