Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client is a highly successful property organisation who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team at their Manchester City Centre office. You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for all aspects of lettings negotiation, arranging viewings, agreeing lets and seeing the transaction through to move in. Our client requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a target driven environment and is passionate about property! You must be a good communicator Duties and responsibilities:

• Arranging valuations
• Generating new business
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Working to daily targets
• Negotiating lets
• Working closely with the property management team

Previous lettings experience is essential and the ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of the Manchester City centre market.
