The firm have a strong presence within the North West property market and have built their business on providing a quality service, which has in turn resulted in an extremely loyal client base. There is no great need to do Business Development within this role, but if this is something you excel in then of course you will be given the opportunity (and rewards) to do this.

To be successful within this position you need to be passionate about Property, and in particular Valuation. As a RICS Registered Valuer you will work closely with the head of department and will be responsible for mainly commercial valuations (secured lending, pension funds, portfolios) for your client base.

My client can offer a basic salary of c£35,000 (negotiable DOE) + company car/car allowance plus much more!
