School Administrator (Arbor Systems)

Job Role: School Administrator

Location: Harlow, West Essex

Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Salary: £16-£18 per hour

General Job Role:

School administrator required for a school in Harlow. Knowledge of with related student data including using the school’s Arbor Systems is required.

Experienced, well-organised, enthusiastic and highly effective administrator required for this exceptional School. You will be responsible for the collection, organisation, input and distribution of data as well as adhering to all safeguarding requirements.

To be responsible for all aspects of internal performance data (including the recording, production and reporting of information as required). In liaison with a member of the SLT.

To keep relevant staff fully briefed on important aspects of data and to champion this area throughout the school.

To be responsible for the maintenance and management of pupil assessment data.

The Client:

Our client is a large, multi-academy trust based in Harlow, West Essex. The have been graded as “Outstanding” by Ofsted and are looking for someone to join them on a permanent contract.

Candidate Profile:

Level 3 qualification (essential), degree level qualification.

Experience of Arbor Systems

Good communication, ICT and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
