Project Manager
Outside IR35

We're working with a well-known retailer to appoint a Project Manager on an Outside IR35 contract for an initial 3 months. This role sits at the heart of a CRM and marketing technology transformation, focused on improving how customer data and engagement platforms integrate and perform.

The Role:
You will lead delivery across CRM and marketing systems, with a focus on:

Driving CRM platform enhancements and integrations
Working closely with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
Supporting the implementation and optimisation of marketing technology solutions
Ensuring seamless integration of CRM with wider data and digital ecosystems
Helping shape best practices across customer data, engagement, and lifecycle marketing


What We're Looking For:

Proven Project Manager experience delivering CRM / MarTech projects
Strong knowledge of Bloomreach
Experience with other tools such as Ometria, Klaviyo, Braze or similar marketing platforms
Solid understanding of systems integration and customer data flows
Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Experience working with third-party providers
Ability to operate at pace in a fast-moving retail environment
A proactive, self-starting mindset
