Sales and Lettings Consultant

My client is an award-winning, independent property company, with a reputation for high standards and fist class customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a successful sales and lettings consultant to join their flagship office in Manchester city centre. This is a fast-paced combined sales and lettings consultant role, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business in Manchester city centre. You will already be successful sales or lettings negotiator, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service. Main responsibilities:

• Arranging property viewings
• Arranging valuations
• Prospecting for new business
• Negotiating sales and rental contract terms
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working closely with the property management team
• Sales progression
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Generating new business opportunities
• Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors
• You must be a driver with valid UK licence

  We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the estate agency / lettings sector and is now looking for the next step within their career. You must be able to work every other Saturday Basic salary £17, 000k - £19,000k plus OTE £23,000k.
