  • Help define and support testing and acceptance activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Support the identification and management of business impacts, risks, dependencies and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and wider delivery teams to support successful project outcomes.

About You -

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record of working on IT, technology or business transformation projects.
You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and able to translate complex or varied business needs into clear, structured requirements.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on IT or technology-enabled change projects.
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, processes, user needs and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong process mapping and business process analysis skills.
  • Experience working closely with Solution Architects, technical teams and Project Managers.
  • Experience supporting projects through design, development, testing and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams within a complex environment.
  • A structured, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience working within a large, complex or asset-intensive organisation.
  • Exposure to IFS or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems would be highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting SaaS implementations or enterprise technology transformation programmes would be beneficial.
  • Experience within the energy, utilities, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors would be advantageous.

Why Apply?
