As a smaller practice they rely on the strengths of whole team and you’ll be given a good level of responsibility and autonomy to run your own projects. Working on largely commercial and residential jobs you’ll take on the whole life cycle of projects. There’s an opportunity to improve your skills whilst being mentored in a professional and relaxed environment. A background in residential/ commercial work would be an advantage and your portfolio will reflect high calibre work. What’s most important is your passion for what you do and the enthusiasm to learn and become an excellent architect.
