FLT Driver – Reach

We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver – Reach is essential and Counter Balance is optional to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious individual looking for a long-term role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate Reach Forklift Trucks and potentially Counterbalance Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles in line with operational requirements
• Accurately move, store, and locate stock throughout the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
• Valid Counter Balance Licence (Optional)
• Previous experience operating FLT equipment in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• DBS clean check required
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
• 12-hour day and night shifts (£13.45 days / £13.95 nights)
• Weekend working required as part of the shift rotation
