Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Friday.
• Occasional Saturdays (flexible)

Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator: 

• A strong basic salary, circa £30,000
• A % of pool commission in a well performing branch.
• A great OTE upwards of £43,000

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Drive property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to successful completion
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Be able to conduct valuations when needed.
• Stay up to date with local market trends to provide informed advice and insights
• Use property management systems efficiently to handle listings, viewings, and documentation

Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Proven track record in estate agency and property sales.
• Skilled in building rapport and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Can offer an excellent level of customer service.
• Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator is essential.
• Some knowledge of the Lettings process is desired.
