We're recruiting for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded estate agency in Bury St Edmunds.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
• Conduct property viewings and showcase key property features
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
• Manage the sales process from offer through to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other industry professionals
• Generate new business opportunities and identify future instructions
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
• Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and business objectives

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

• Previous experience within sales, customer service, or estate agency preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven with a motivated approach to achieving results
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
