You will not be micromanaged. Instead, you will be given the strategic freedom to own their sales pipeline from end to end. What matters most is your ability to sell high-value solutions to senior decision-makers with absolute professionalism. * A proven track record of B2B revenue generation. * The capability to negotiate, win new business, and close opportunities * Strong financial acumen with experience demonstrating clear Return on Investment (ROI) to clients. * Exceptional self-discipline, thriving in a high-autonomy environment without the need for constant oversight. * A valid, full UK driving license. Core Responsibilities: * Strategic Growth: Identify and penetrate new sectors and high-value vertical markets within the security service sector. * Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and manage the entire sales process from cold outreach to final execution. * Tenders & Proposals: Manage the end-to-end bid process, including PQQs, RFIs, and proposals. * Client Engagement: Arrange and lead high-level client meetings, securing long-term partner accounts. * Operational Alignment: Liaise closely with their elite Operations team to ensure seamless handovers and flawless service delivery. * Elite Networking: Represent the business at key industry events and networking forums. * Data Integrity: Maintain precise records within the company CRM and provide accurate weekly activity reports to leadership.
