We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Stowmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a busy branch, with full training and ongoing support available for those looking to develop a long-term career in residential sales.

Whether you already have estate agency experience or are looking to break into the industry, our client is looking for someone who is customer-focused, driven, and eager to succeed.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register applicants and match buyers with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Progress sales from offer agreed through to completion
• Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of the branch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and applicants
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Work towards individual and branch sales targets
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Previous residential estate agency experience is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Organised with excellent time management abilities
• Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
• Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangement

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
• Alternate Saturdays (9:00am-1:00pm) with time off in lieu
