Account Manager

Operating across all creative disciplines for 36 years, from film and print to digital and branding, without the artificial boundaries that limit many practices. This is a place where the idea drives the medium, not the other way around.

The Role
You will own client relationships on high-profile accounts, managing project delivery across multiple platforms while identifying opportunities to grow the business. This means being the strategic bridge between creative teams and clients – coordinating production schedules, managing budgets and forecasting, and ensuring projects deliver on time and exceed expectations.

The operational scope includes supplier management, freelancer booking during busy periods, and resource planning. You will contribute to pitches and new business development, working with accounts that span everything from national postal services to professional football clubs.

This is account management that sits at the centre of how creative work gets made. You are not simply relaying briefs; you are orchestrating delivery and building the client relationships that drive loyalty and business growth.

The Person
An experienced Account Manager from a design, branding, advertising or innovation agency with strong client relationship skills and production management experience across digital platforms. You can handle high-profile accounts, manage complex projects across multiple mediums, and contribute meaningfully to business development.

You want to move beyond feeling like a messenger between teams. This role offers the chance to run smaller client engagements as the primary contact and contribute strategically to client relationships within an established creative consultancy.
