With clients already signed across industries—including one of the UK’s fastest-growing challenger banks and other household names in financial services—this team is building something truly foundational.

Now a tight-knit team of 10 and growing, they’re hiring two Founding Full-Stack Engineers to help shape the future of how humans and AI work together.

What they’re building

This isn’t just another SaaS tool. They’re building the operating system for hybrid human–AI workflows—a platform that enables teams to scale by orchestrating tasks across people and AI agents.

You’ll be joining at the most exciting stage: full ownership, zero legacy tech, and the opportunity to architect something with real-world impact.

What you’ll do

• Own full-stack delivery – Build and ship across the stack, from polished interfaces to scalable backend orchestration.
• Architect core systems – Work closely with the CTO to design infrastructure that can scale intelligently.
• Embed AI into workflows – Collaborate with the ML team to bring human-AI interaction to life.
• Drive product and tech strategy – As a founding engineer, your voice will shape roadmap, tech stack, and team culture.
• Move fast, with autonomy – You’ll take ideas from 0 to live in weeks, not months.

What you bring

Front-end:

• Strong React experience (must-have), plus exposure to another framework (Vue, Typescript, etc.)
• Understanding of UX, responsive design, and frontend performance tuning

Back-end:

• Python (with Django and/or FastAPI)
• Experience building and securing REST APIs
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud infrastructure and deployment experience (AWS, GCP, etc.)

Bonus:

• Exposure to ML, LLMs, or agent-based systems
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills across the stack
• DevOps and CI/CD understanding
• Startup/early-stage product delivery experience

Preferred (not essential):

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related
• Prior experience in high-ownership technical roles

• £100,000–£120,000 depending on experience
