Property Sales Consultant

The role in based in a dynamic and modern office, within central Manchester. As a successful property sales consultant within their busy team, you will be responsible for the entire property sales process, negotiating the best price for your client and ensuring that customers always receive a superior level of service. To be successful within this role, you will be comfortable working to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors and investors to arrange property viewings together with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will deal with the full offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties through to see the sale through to completion. You will also be involved in the initial marketing process, sales progression and various administrative duties. This is a varied and busy role where you will be challenged every day, and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company.
