IKA Manager

Do you have previous experience within the truck industry?

Do you experience in selling commercial vehicles?

We are looking for an IKA Manager to join our team on a full time permanent basis.

In this role you will:

• To achieve the fleet target and related KPI’s within a 12 month period.
• To maintain and build strong relationships with a defined list of IKA & NKA customers.
• To ensure that your agreed individual sales unit target is achieved within 12 months.
• To provide an agreed amount of customers requiring quotations per month.
• Work closely with the after sales teams providing solutions for problems
• Working closely with the TopUsed Sales Specialist to identify opportunities for New and Used vehicle sales in a Fleet customer environment.
• To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
• To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required
• To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
• To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A complete understanding of Total Cost of Ownership sales practices.
• Ability to work within a sales team and becoming a team leading member.
• To understand funding methods for MAN Truck & Bus UK products
• Ability to understand and use the MANEC & C4S vehicle configuration system
• Be a professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at meetings.
• Understanding and knowledgeable to present the full range of MAN products.
• The ability to have strong working relationships with customers.
• Have the ability to find new customers and increase the customer data base
• Understand the customer needs and fulfil those requirements
• The candidate will have had previous experience in selling MAN commercial vehicles
• Must have experience in MAN T&B New Vehicle Sales. Ideally with fleet customer knowledge.
• Valid work permit
• Full driving licence
