Senior Lettings Manager

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Chester city centre is currently seeking a professional Senior Lettings Manager to join the company! Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is looking for a dynamic, and enthusiastic Lettings Manager to take on the responsibility of developing and growing a brand new Lettings department for the business. The role will involve creating and building a portfolio of properties through proactive business development. This will include seeking out new potential landlords though attending networking events and targeted canvassing whilst looking at other creative channels to secure new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out valuations, conducting viewings, liaising with landlords/tenants throughout the process, moving in/out tenants, registering deposits all whilst ensuring compliance procedures are followed to the highest possible standard. Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000 plus car allowance and a lucrative bonus/commission scheme.
