About the role The role in based in a busy town centre office, working within a team of lively property professionals. As a successful sales negotiator within this successful team, you will be responsible for the entire property sales process, negotiating the best price for your client and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. As a Sales negotiator in Southport, you will be comfortable working to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will deal with the full offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties through to see the sale through to completion. About you We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:
