Lettings assistant

Lettings Assistant Liverpool - Our client is an extremely successful and dynamic letting agent, located in a fashionable area of South Liverpool. Set in glamourous offices and working with a team of high achievers, this lettings role has to be one of the most desirable property jobs in Liverpool! We are looking for a highly professional, customer service driven lettings assistant. Someone who is able to provide an excellent service to land lords and tenants, whilst managing a busy workload within one of Liverpool’s most prestigious agents. The role will be challenging and varied, with typical daily duties to include:

• Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
• Issuing rental contracts
• Referencing tenants
• Arranging repairs and maintenance
• Speaking to contractors
• Negotiating costs
• Chasing rental areas
• Producing adverts for new properties
• Producing emails and correspondence
• Dealing with complaints and difficult customers
• General administration
• Inspections and occasional viewings

We are a looking for an enthusiastic, professional candidate who has some experience within the lettings or property management industry, a highly organised candidate who has exceptional customer service skills. You must be well presented with a strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. Ideally you will also have your own car.
