Property Manager

Our client is an extremely successful, independent letting agent, with a prestigious portfolio of managed properties across Liverpool. Based in Crosby and set within modern offices, our client provides an excellent working environment offering career progression and the opportunity to work with the support of an amazing management team. They have a new opportunity for an experienced property manager to join their thriving office.

This is a fast-paced property management position, where you will be given the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of landlords, managing the in-house contractor diaries and producing weekly gas safety reports. You will manage check outs and deposit release, experience with the DPS will be advantageous. We are looking for a highly professional customer service driven candidate who is able to work under pressure and whilst delivering exceptional service.

We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic candidate who has experience within the property management sector and the ability to work on their own initiative. Basic salary £20,000k plus discretionary bonuses.
