Estate Agency Branch Manager

Our client is a well establish and highly successful property company with a reputation for excellence within their locality. After enjoying steady growth over the last few years, they are now firmly established as a market leader within their area. With an expanding team and further plans to develop this year, they now have an opportunity for an estate agency branch manager to join their business in the Chorley area.   This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency branch manager, or for an experienced valuer who is seeking the next step within their career. They are looking for a sales-driven, ambitious candidate who has a genuine passion for the property industry and the tenacity to further develop the sales portfolio, taking the business to the next level. Your daily responsibilities will include:   -          Managing the sales team -          Setting targets and ensuring they are met -          Booking and carrying out valuations -          Overseeing sales and lettings processes -          Developing new business -          Networking -          Overseeing marketing strategy  -          Ensuring that customers all receive an outstanding level of service -          Developing the team, training and recruitment   To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record within an estate agency valuations or management role, along with a strong understanding of the local market.   An excellent salary and package will be offered to the successful candidate, basic salary £25-30k plus commission (OTE £45k), and rewards.   Please attach your CV to be considered for this exciting opportunity.   Clifton Gray is a specialist property recruitment company.
