We are currently recruiting Voice Order Pickers to join a leading food and drinks distribution company operating within a chilled warehouse environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay rates, regular overtime, and enhanced Sunday pay. Working as part of a busy warehouse operation, you will use a voice-picking system to accurately select products and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Pay Rates

Standard Hours

• £13.45 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £13.95 per hour after 12 weeks

Sunday Hours

• £14.60 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £15.10 per hour after 12 weeks

Overtime (After 42 Hours Worked)

• £16.81 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £17.44 per hour after 12 weeks

Sunday Overtime

• £17.96 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Picking food and drink products using a voice-controlled picking system
• Accurately selecting stock and building pallets for dispatch
• Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
• Using warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
• Working in a chilled warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous but not essential
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
