A respected Perth firm is looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor to handle a mix of legal aid and privately funded work. The role offers you a high degree of flexibility, including hybrid working, within a supportive and established practice.

The role

You'll manage your own caseload across the full range of Scottish family law matters, including:

• Separation
• Divorce
• Cohabitation disputes
• Financial provision on divorce
• Child contact and residence

Your work will include negotiating and preparing minutes of agreement, conducting Sheriff Court actions and advising clients through each stage of their case.

You'll handle a mix of privately funded instructions and legal aid work, including applications to the Scottish Legal Aid Board, so experience of both funding routes will be valuable but not essential as training will be given.
