Apply now As a Mobile Electrical Engineer covering Greater London, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical building services across multiple sites. This van-based role also covers building fabric repairs and support for specialist subcontractors.The Role
As the Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Complete minor building fabric repairs, plumbing works and drainage tasks.
- Inspect building services and respond to faults and call-outs.
- Update completed maintenance tasks using the site PDA system.
- Support specialist subcontractors with planned and reactive work.
- Maintain accurate records and follow site health, safety and environmental procedures.
To be successful as the Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll have:
- Experience in a retail or commercial maintenance environment.
- City & Guilds 236/0 and 2330 Electrical Installation/Maintenance, or equivalent.
- 18th Edition IEE and L8 awareness.
- Familiarity with air handling units, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing and plumbing.
- Additional plumbing, mechanical or electrical trade qualifications would be advantageous.
- £43,000 per year.
- Permanent position covering multiple sites in Greater London.
- Monday to Friday working days.
- Access equipment and PPE provided for work at height.
