About the role
🧩 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Casino Product Manager with 6–7+ years of relevant experience in iGaming, and strong exposure to African gaming markets.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a startup or scale-up environment, where agility, ownership, and hands-on execution are essential.
You will take full ownership of the casino vertical across emerging African markets, driving revenue growth, product optimisation, and localisation strategy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy

Define and execute the casino product roadmap

Own the casino P&L and growth strategy

Identify revenue optimisation opportunities

Lead new market launches across African territories
Growth & Performance
-
Drive KPIs including GGR, NGR, FTDs, Retention, ARPU & LTV

Optimise bonus structures and player incentives

Collaborate closely with CRM and marketing to improve engagement

Continuously analyse player behaviour and optimise accordingly
African Market Focus

Adapt casino product to mobile-first, bandwidth-sensitive markets

Work with local payment integrations (Mobile Money, USSD, hybrid retail models)

Ensure product compliance with regional regulatory frameworks

Conduct competitor and market analysis across key African jurisdictions
Provider & Platform Management

Manage relationships with game providers and aggregators
-
Curate and optimise content mix (Slots, Live Casino, Crash, Localised Content)

Work with Engineering teams on scalability and performance

Ensure platform stability during high-traffic events
🧠 Required Experience
-
6–7+ years’ experience in Casino Product Management within iGaming
-
Proven track record of revenue growth in emerging or African markets

Experience working in a startup or high-growth scale-up environment

Strong commercial mindset with ownership of P&L

Deep knowledge of casino mechanics, bonus engines, and promotions

Experience launching products or entering new markets

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
