Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and well-motivated Team Administrator to join the Urgent Community Response team in Southampton.

The Administrator role is a pivotal part of the Service, supporting both the administrative, clinical and therapy teams across Southampton City.

You will need to possess strong prioritising and excellent organisational skills together with the ability to remain calm in a busy and dynamic environment. The work is varied, challenging and fast paced which requires a flexible approach.

We are looking for someone that has experience in working in a team. You need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, be organised and possess good IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office. Experience of System One is desirable although all training will be provided.

The successful applicant must be flexible, should possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude with a customer focused approach.

This is a full time post (37.5 hours pw) based in Oakley Road, Southampton. There will be an expectation to work some weekends but hours can be discussed at interview.
