Private Client Paralegal / Newly Qualified Solicitor

Blue Orchid Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively supporting Westons Wills and Probate, a well-respected, long-standing law firm based in the beautiful riverside town of Bewdley. Known for its loyal client base, supportive culture, and approachable team, the firm is now looking to welcome an ambitious LPC/SQE qualified Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor who’s ready to take the next step in their legal career.

Due to growth within this firm, it is transitioning over to become CILEX regulated enabling them to be able to carry out Probate Activities in accordance with the Legal Services Act 2007. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the firm as it continues to grow and expand.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn directly from experienced lawyers while gaining valuable hands-on experience in all areas of Private Client law, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning. You’ll enjoy genuine responsibility, client contact, and the chance to develop into a key member of the team as the firm continues to grow.

• Starting salary between £32,000 – £38,000, depending on experience

About you:

• LPC/SQE qualified Paralegal or NQ Solicitor with a genuine interest in Private Client work
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Keen to learn, develop and take on responsibility in a supportive environment
• Organised, proactive, and professional in your approach
• Full driving licence & access to own transport preferred
