The Job
- Trunking mail and parcels between Royal Mail depots nationwide
- No multi-drop work
- Minimal manual handling
- Clean, modern, well-maintained vehicles
- Delivering the professionalism and reliability Royal Mail is known for
- Keeping on top of drivers’ hours and WTD regulations
- Weekly shift schedules issued in advance

What You’ll Need
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for at least 2 years)
- Minimum 180 days’ proven commercial driving experience
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card are essential
- No more than 6 minor points for insurance purposes
(No DD, DR, IN, CD or TT endorsements) - Good geographical knowledge & strong work ethic
- Solid understanding of Drivers’ Hours & WTD
- Confident completing manual tachograph entries
- Able to pass a DBS security check
- Completion of site assessment & induction before your first shift
