What You'll Be Doing

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll:

✅ Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing plans that support business growth.

✅ Drive qualified enquiries and lead generation through high-performing campaigns.

✅ Lead website optimisation, conversion rate improvements and customer journey enhancements.

✅ Oversee CRM, email marketing and automation programmes.

✅ Monitor SEO, paid media, analytics and marketing performance to maximise ROI.

✅ Use data and market insight to identify opportunities and optimise campaign performance.

✅ Manage agency relationships and ensure activity delivers measurable outcomes.

✅ Coach and develop the Senior Digital Marketing Executive while building strong relationships across the organisation.

About You

You'll bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial awareness and digital expertise, including:

• At least 5 years' experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, demand generation and digital strategy.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, website optimisation, SEO, paid media and analytics.
• A proven ability to use insight and data to improve performance.
• Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Leadership experience with a passion for developing others.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering results.
