Customer Service Executive

Global Highland is recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive on behalf of a leading broadband provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, commercially minded individual to join a growing team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into sales while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound sales activity. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their connectivity needs and recommend suitable broadband solutions that deliver genuine value.

Combining sales, customer engagement, lead generation and relationship building, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys helping customers find the right products and services.

You will manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale completion, building trust, handling objections professionally and identifying opportunities to maximise sales through relevant additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Sales

Manage inbound sales enquiries from customers interested in broadband and related services.

Proactively contact prospective customers to generate new business and convert leads into sales.

Build rapport with customers, using effective questioning and listening skills to understand their needs.

Recommend suitable broadband packages and services based on individual requirements.

Confidently handle objections and maximise sales conversion opportunities.

Follow up on web enquiries, marketing leads, referrals and previous quotations.

Re-engage lapsed customers and revisit previously unsuccessful sales opportunities.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building

Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Clearly explain products, pricing, contract terms and installation processes.

Provide accurate information and ensure customers understand the solutions being offered.

Take ownership of customer enquiries and provide timely updates where required.

Build lasting customer relationships through honest, transparent and professional communication.
