Join Our Team as a Primary Teaching Assistant
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary schools in Chessington. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning activities.
Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
Support children with varying learning needs, including those with SEND.
Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment.
Monitor and record pupil progress where required.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting is desirable.
A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or support work are advantageous but not essential.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
