Service Advisor – No Weekends!

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Basic + £7,800 Bonus
OTE: Up to £39,800
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm
NO SATURDAYS!

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-established and reputable main dealership in Weybridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a better work-life balance, or someone with a strong customer service background who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers and managing vehicle service bookings.

• Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing and repair process.

• Liaising with the workshop to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and recommended repairs.

• Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.

• Helping the service department achieve its targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience would be great, but isn't essential.

• A strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.

What's On Offer?

• £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

• Up to £7,800 annual bonus.

• OTE up to £39,800.

• Monday to Friday only – absolutely NO Saturdays!

• Full training provided for candidates new to the motor trade.
