Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable cover supervisor to join a secondary school in Burntwood, Staffordshire for a full-time position for a period of 1 term with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
– Ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students
– Implement pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
– Engage with students and provide support as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a classroom setting is preferred but not essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently
– A passion for education and supporting young learners
