About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain focused and complete the work provided by their teachers. You will manage classroom behaviour, support pupils with their learning and help maintain a calm and purposeful environment throughout the school day. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A confident, calm and adaptable approach. Ability to supervise groups of students independently. Good organisational skills and reliability.
