WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – CAMBUSLANG

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives – Cambuslang to join our well-established client based in Cambuslang.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.83 per hour, overtime at £20.75 per hour, consistent full-time hours and ongoing work within a busy warehouse and distribution environment.

£13.83 PER HOUR | £20.75 OVERTIME | FULL-TIME HOURS | ONGOING WORK | PAID SITE INDUCTION

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Decanting Operative, Production Operative, Picker Packer, Warehouse Worker, Distribution Operative or General Warehouse Operative.

Shifts

 • Any 5 days out of 7
 • 12:00 to 22:00
 • Applicants must be flexible to work across the week, including weekends
 • Applicants must be able to reliably travel to Cambuslang for the required shift times

Rates of Pay

 • £13.83 per hour
 • £20.75 per hour for hours worked over 40 hours
 • Weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

 • Decanting products from bulk packaging into the correct containers
 • Checking, counting and labelling stock
 • Preparing products for storage and distribution
 • Checking products for accuracy and quality
 • Following all site, hygiene and safety procedures
 • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
 • Completing general warehouse duties as required

Essential Skills

 • Previous warehouse, production or decanting experience
 • Good accuracy and attention to detail
 • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
 • Reliable and punctual
 • Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7
 • Able to work effectively as part of a team
 • Good communication skills
 • Ability to reliably travel to Cambuslang for the required shift pattern
