Holt Engineering are urgently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and rapidly expanding warehouse team based near Hurn Airport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure immediate work, with the potential to become permanent as the company continues to grow.

The Shift4:30pm – 1:00am | Sunday to Thursday

What you’ll be doingAs a Twilight Shift Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping the warehouse running efficiently. Your duties will include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries
• Checking goods for damage, shortages or discrepancies
• Manually lifting and moving goods
• Picking, packing and preparing orders
• Wrapping and securing pallets ready for dispatch
• Processing goods into the warehouse system
• Carrying out goods-in checks and quality inspections
• Accurately recording stock movements
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Working as part of a fast-paced and supportive team

What we’re looking forYou don’t need to tick every box, but we’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good physical fitness, as manual handling is involved
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Your own transport due to the location and shift times
