About the role
Pay Rate: £12.71- £13.88 per hour (depending on Shift & Department)
Job Type: Temp to Perm Our client, a leading distributor within the animal health sector, is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join their busy operation in Wolstanton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-regarded and growing organisation. The Role Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, duties will include:
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Handling stock and preparing goods for dispatch
- Stock replenishment
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to health & safety procedures
- Sunday: 15:30 – 20:30 (15-minute break)
- Monday to Thursday: 19:00 – 00:00 (15-minute break)
- Sunday: 12:00 – 20:30 (2 x 30-minute breaks)
- Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 01:00 (1 x 30-minute break)
- Sunday: 12:00 – 20:30 (2 x 30-minute breaks)
- Monday to Thursday: 15:30 – 00:00 (1 x 30-minute break)
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must have own safety boots and plain high-visibility vest
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Comfortable lifting and moving stock (up to 20kg where required)
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- £12.71 per hour
