About the role

A opportunity to join a forward-thinking facilities services organisation as our new Facilities Manager, leading the delivery of high-quality facilities management across a diverse range of hospitality and leisure venues in London. In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, service performance, and contract compliance, ensuring that each site maintains the highest standards of safety, presentation, and guest experience. You will be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, managing contractor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across your portfolio.

You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring our services consistently exceed expectations. Your ability to balance operational demands with proactive planning will be key, as will your talent for motivating on-site teams and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism. About you

Strong knowledge of health and safety, contractor management, building services and all aspects of hard services. FM best practice is essential.
