Consultant - Geriatric Medicine
Grayscale Medical is seeking an experienced Consultant in Geriatric Medicine for a locum position at Downe Hospital, South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.
This is a day shift role running from August 2026 to November 2026, offering £100.00 per hour with weekly pay.
The role involves providing consultant-level leadership in geriatric medicine including ward rounds, complex patient management, multidisciplinary team coordination, and supervision of junior medical staff. Experience in managing frailty, falls, delirium, and complex discharge planning is essential.
Requirements:
- Full GMC registration with licence to practise
- On the Specialist Register for Geriatric Medicine
- Consultant level experience in Geriatric Medicine / Care of the Elderly
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance
- Minimum 2 professional references
