The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership role — building and owning a team of 6–8 enterprise Account Executives, taking the UK&I revenue number to the board, and helping shape the commercial strategy of one of the UK’s most exciting pre-IPO security businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and leading a team of 6–8 enterprise Account Executives across UK and Ireland
• Owning the UK&I revenue number and reporting at board level
• Developing strategic partnerships with MSSPs and system integrators
• Representing the business at industry events and with key enterprise clients

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in Cyber Security sales, minimum 3 in a leadership role
• Proven experience scaling a sales team from early stage to revenue
• Deep understanding of the UK security landscape: SOC, SIEM, EDR, Zero Trust
• Strong CISO-level relationships across enterprise accounts
