Backed by a leading Silicon Valley VC, they need a VP of Sales to build and lead their entire US go-to-market function from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is a true greenfield opportunity. You will establish the US sales organisation, hire your team, build your process, and own a $20M+ ARR target in year one. You will report directly to the CEO and sit on the global leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Establishing and scaling the full US sales organisation from zero
• Hiring, coaching and developing a world-class US sales team
• Owning $20M+ ARR target in year one, scaling aggressively thereafter
• Working closely with the CEO and CPO on US product-market fit

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales, minimum 5 at VP level
• Proven experience building a US sales function from scratch
• Deep network across Fortune 500 technology buyers
• AI, ML or data analytics sales background strongly preferred
