We're recruiting for an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established and successful independent estate agency on the Suffolk Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take on a key role within the office, with responsibility for negotiating offers, managing applicants and vendors, progressing sales and supporting the overall performance of the team.

The role offers strong earning potential and genuine career progression, with exceptional candidates able to achieve an OTE of up to £45,000.

The Role

As an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional feedback to vendors
• Negotiate offers and agree property sales
• Manage applicants and buyers throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Generate and follow up sales opportunities
• Proactively work with the applicant database
• Progress property sales through to exchange
• Support the office in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the office
• Support and mentor junior members of the estate agency team
• Deliver excellent customer service to vendors and buyers
• Identify opportunities to increase property sales and improve office performance

Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Previous residential estate agency experience
• Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Estate Agent
• Proven track record in residential property sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence dealing with vendors, buyers and applicants
• Proactive approach to generating and converting property business
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Target-driven and commercially minded approach
• Genuine ambition to progress within estate agency
• Desire to maximise earning potential
