Sales Supervisor (Customer Service & Sales)
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £30,000-£34,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

Our Client is hiring a Sales Supervisor to help steer daily performance across customer service and internal sales, Monday to Friday, with a healthy work/life balance.

What you will be doing:
* Lead and support the customer service and sales team across day-to-day operations
* Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences while actively moving sales forward
* Coach and guide colleagues to maintain high standards and consistent performance
* Help ensure smooth working routines during the business day, from opening through to close
* Contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment where people feel supported
