Breakfast/Lunch Chef – MT2261

A Breakfast/Lunch Chef position is available at a busy arena venue.  In this role of Breakfast/Lunch Chef you will prepare dishes and ingredients for both the buffet style and plated service ensuring that all food is to the highest possible standard and that the kitchen is run in a safe and hygienic way. No two days are the same at this venue so you will need to be flexible, have a passion for working with fresh ingredients.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Breakfast chef in a fresh food establishment, be enthusiastic with experience in a busy high-pressure kitchen. Sound knowledge of kitchen safety and hold food safety qualifications.

Candidates need to be flexible as shifts will vary depending on the event business, with a lot of weekend work over the event season.
