Temp Sous Chefs – SB2492

A successful contract catering company is seeking two Temp Sous Chefs to join the team at one of their accounts. As Temp Sous Chef, you will support the head chef to manage the kitchen and back of house operations, including the production of innovative quality menus in line with agreed budgets and projections whilst ensuring profitability and growth. You will assist to manage the site operation which provides breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and hospitality when required, numbers vary daily, The menus are prepared using fresh seasonal produce with a wide choice available at each serving and is mainly served canteen style.

The working hours are:-

Monday to Friday  7am to 3pm for a potential 1 month placement starting ASAP

Monday to Friday  6am to 2.30pm for a potential 3 month placement Starting ASAP

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working for a minimum of 3 years in a kitchen supervisory role. They must also have a proven track record in the administration and delivery of successful kitchen teams, with a focus on client and customer service.
