- Promote positive behaviour using consistent and supportive strategies in line with school policies.
- Monitor student progress, wellbeing, and engagement, providing feedback to teachers and the SEND team.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, parents, and external professionals to support positive outcomes.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every student can achieve their potential.
What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Experience supporting students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, or Speech & Language needs would be advantageous.
