Temp Receptionist needed with recent DBS check

We are looking for a polished, friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover at a prestigious investment firm in Central London. The candidate must have a recent DBS check.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the firm, creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing the reception desk and incoming visitors
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Providing teas and coffees to guests and clients
• Providing general front-of-house support
• Answering queries and directing visitors appropriately
• Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception environment

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous reception, front-of-house or hospitality experience
• Is polished, personable and professional
• Is warm, friendly and confident when meeting and greeting guests
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is comfortable working within a corporate/investment environment
• Is reliable, proactive and well presented
• Has an up-to-date DBS check issued within the last 6 months
