About the role
Night Receptionist – Hotel
We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join a hotel team near London Luton Airport.
Shift Details
- Shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Days: Any day Monday to Sunday
- Pay: £14ph
- Location: London Luton Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs during the night.
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
- Managing bookings, reservations and payments.
- Completing night audit duties and ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.
Requirements
- Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
- Previous experience using the OPERA hotel management system is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.
